At Winning Consulting, we are on the lookout for IT Business Analyst to be part of our dynamic team. This role involves working on an exciting project for one of our key clients in the banking sector.


Functions:
  • Ensure the proper functioning, maintainability and scalability of applications.
  • Provide technical and functional support to users. 
  • Monitoring and handling incidents in compliance with the application SLA. 
  • Contribute to the relationship with the platform's operators. 
  • Coordinate and ensure thel processing of maintenance requests and their successful completion. 
  • Communicate on next maintenance period. 
  • Explain and value technical operations and security fixes to the business. 
  • Contribute to platform testing. 
  • Contribute to the update of the operational - specific deliverables. 
  • Define non regression test cases and ensure execution of test. 
  • Clarity the needs expressed by MOA. 
  • Challenge Business requests and value technical issues for the user Managing Change. 


Skills:
  • Excel and VBA. 
  • SQL.
  • Service Now.
  • Jira.
  • Test. 
  • Agile methods, ability to work agile mode. 
  • ITIL knowledge. 
  • French B2.
  • English B2.
