At WINNING CONSULTING we are looking for a Smart Working PT (Support Team) profile to join our teams in a project for an important client in the Insurance Sector - (Hybrid)

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of the collaborative tools of the Microsoft 365 suite
  • Production of educational resources using the Office suite
  • Knowledge of video content creation (video, audio...)
  • Ability to write in French/English
  • Ability to make presentations, co-facilitate workshops in English 

Nice to have - (at least one of those):
 
  • Support for (non-IT) users during the deployment of a digital service or solution
  • IT project management assistance
  • Trainings
  • Animation of a user community
