Main Responsibility
The primary responsibility of the selected candidate will be to manage the operational relationship with a portfolio of premium clients. Acting as the primary point of contact, the candidate will handle client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring seamless operational activity related to financial markets.
Key Responsibilities
Client Query Management:
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly via phone and email.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Client Communication Coordination:
- Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Proactively identify and suggest process improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
Meeting Coordination and Activity Review:
- Organize and lead meetings with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct periodic reviews of client activities to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: High level of English, both written and verbal.
- Client Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of financial products.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel).
