At Winning Consulting, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in business consulting to join our team in Madrid. You will be responsible for leading strategic organizational and technological transformation projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end organizational and technological transformation projects.
Map, design, optimize, and implement business processes.
Collaborate on digital transformation initiatives and innovation strategies.
Ensure compliance with internal regulations and corporate governance policies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within defined scope, time, and budget.
Manage stakeholders and provide structured project reporting and communication.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in business consulting, ideally within large transformation initiatives.
Experience in the financial sector is a plus.
PMP certification (Project Management Professional) — highly valued.
Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
Proactive, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
English language mandatory.
