International Partnerships & Operations Manager
Mission
Contribute to the development and operational management of Winning’s international network of partners and promoters, with the aim of driving sustainable growth through both indirect and direct channels.

Main responsibilities
Activate, train and manage the network of international promoters and partners.
Act as the link between international opportunities and Winning’s Centres of Competence.
Report to the Nearshore and International Business Director, working closely with them.
Implement the defined strategies and, as autonomy and trust increase, contribute suggestions for improvement.
Keep information up to date in the CRM system (HubSpot).
Mandatory requirements
Methodical, systematic and highly organised profile.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with professionals at different management levels.
Proven experience in the persistent follow-up of contacts or in managing long-term commercial pipelines.
Positive, proactive and results-oriented attitude.
Fluency in English.
Professional experience in business development, channel management, partner management, cross-selling or the expansion of partner and referral networks.
Preferred qualifications — not mandatory
Professional experience and/or fluency in languages from countries outside Winning’s current geographical footprint, i.e. outside Portugal, Spain, France, Benelux, Canada, Singapore and Australia.
Demonstrated ability to represent the company independently and with a high level of credibility when dealing with external partners.
Familiarity with CRM tools, such as HubSpot, and structured reporting practices.
Hands-on experience developing professional relationships with B2B decision-makers.
Strong experience in strategic consulting or technology companies, with the ability to communicate effectively with CTOs, CFOs and leaders responsible for business transformation programmes.
The role is predominantly remote. Availability for occasional international travel will be considered an advantage.
What is not required
Candidates are not required to have independently built an international partner network from scratch.
Experience defining high-level market-entry strategies for new markets is not required.
