GBS Transition Manager (EN/FR)
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree / Master's degree preferred
Minimum 8 years of professional experience, with demonstrated project (5y+) experience in moving business to Shared Service Centers in a multinational environment
Strong understanding of project management, continuous improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques (PMP certification appreciated)
Previous involvement in IT projects / Experience in ERP deployment appreciated
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Power Point, Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint, Teams, …) to produce project documentation
Proficiency in project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or JIRA appreciated.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and delivering business impact
Strong command of verbal and written English; French is a plus
Customer focus mindset
Commitment to delivering a high level of service
- Frequent travel: Candidate must be able to spend 4 to 5 days a week abroad, during several weeks to support the transition
