Middle Office Implementation Analyst – Corporate Banking
At Winning Consulting we are seeking a Middle Office Implementation Analyst to coordinate end-to-end implementations for corporate banking solutions.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the rollout of functional and technical flows for corporate clients.
Serve as the point of contact between business, technology, and external clients to align scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Execute testing and file/format validation (mappings, edge cases), track defects, and document outcomes.
Prepare client-facing materials (runbooks, user guides, presentations) and maintain repository documentation.
Track actions, risks, and dependencies across streams; provide concise status updates to stakeholders.
Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement in implementation practices.
Requirements
2+ years in a financial institution or related environment (Back/Middle Office, implementations, or operations).
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
Fluent Spanish and English (spoken and written); Portuguese, German, or French are a plus.
Proven project coordination skills; experience in testing and file/format validation.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook.
Nice to have: Exposure to Supply Chain Finance, Trade/Receivables, Payments, or Client Onboarding.
Familiarity with issue/action logs, basic data checks, and implementation playbooks.
Working Hours
12:00–21:00 (CET), full-time.
